How do I sign up?

How many courses do you offer?

Currently we are only offering eSeries online training.

Who should take this course?

This training is intended for installers and system designers.  For product knowledge, this could also be beneficial for your estimaters and sales force.

Who is the ideal candidate for this course?

Students should have a thorough understanding of facility networking fundamentals and concepts and must be able to create a working networking environment without assistance.

Are there any required certifications?

A current CCNA or equivalent certification is recommended.

What type experience should I have?

You should have the ability to troubleshoot computer software and hardware issues and make repairs to network based systems.  Additional VoIP and /or PBX/iPBX skills and experience are beneficial.
